Spy Valley is a family-owned winery based in the beautiful Marlborough region of New Zealand, exporting 8 wine varieties including their famous Sauvignon Blanc.
Aroma: Grapefruit and lime zest, with sweet underlying passionfruit pulp.
Palate: Dry with a vibrant acid tension, there is a sweet fruit character showing the classic Marlborough interplay of tropical fruits, citrus, zesty currant, and guava flavors.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, with around 6% of fermentation in oak barrels. Winemakers – Paul Bourgeois and Richelle Collier.
