Shipping policy

 

ORDERS & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION:

All individual gift box, wine & food orders, can be placed online on our website. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. For any changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us at joanne@giftednow.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been sent out for local delivery we will be unable to refund the order.

Gifted Now Ships Nationally!  

**Please note, The following states will not accept wine shipments: 

Alabama, Delaware, Kentucky, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Utah. 

If you would like to send a gift box or a la carte items to any of the states listed above, please choose from our non-alcoholic, food only boxes or a la carte gift market!

For local deliveries, you will only be contacted if there is an issue delivering your order or if the recipient was not home to receive the items. If you are not contacted, you can assume the delivery was successful.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED AND REDELIVERY FEES:

The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you or your gift recipient are not able to be home to sign for your wine & food delivery, we strongly suggest having your deliveries sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for them. The delivery carrier will make 2 attempts to deliver the shipment and will then return the package to us. If you would like your delivery to be rescheduled to you or your gift recipient, you will be charged a return delivery fee of $30.00.
