Deep ruby-red color. On the nose, gourmet notes of cherry and peppermint dominate. The mouth is ample with well-integrated tannins. Aromas of coffee, coconut and black cherry give place to a wine with character.

Region: Côte de Beaune
Village Volnay

Pair with Pork, chicken, pasta with truffles, mature cheeses, or just enjoy on its own - it's beautiful.
The picturesque village of Volnay nestles high above the Burgundian plain on a small knoll just a few hundred yards away from its distinctive neighbor,  Pommard. From the small square outside the 14th century church which dominates the village one can see the entire Burgundian plain and ,on clear days, even as far as snow-capped Mont Blanc.
