Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignons show a similar elegance I have found in some of the best Alexander Valley efforts. The 2013 Handpicked Regional Selections Margaret River Cabernet is stylish and persistent. This wine shows excellent red fruit and dried herbs in its aromas and flavors. Its pert and lively aftertaste invites a pairing with a slow spit-roasted leg of lamb.
You can enjoy this on it's own in the glass or with a variety of foods - either way, this Cab is a fantastic value and truly delicious.
