This organically-farmed Cabernet Sauvignon shows ripe fruit aromatics including blackcurrant, blueberries and cassis combined with a slight tobacco leaf note. The palate is fresh with clear fruit definition; fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity lead to a long lingering finish.
